The master-planned community, located less than 18 miles from Birmingham on Highway 280, lies on approximately 6270 acres among towering pines, rolling hills and beautiful horizons. The size of the place \u2014 larger than the original master plan of Mountain Brook \u2014 is just one of its defining characteristics. Under a site plan laid out around ridges, creeks, forests, and nature preserves, many acres will remain as permanent open space when development is complete.
